What YPT does
Estimated 1RM for every lift
YPT estimates your 1RM from every logged set and shows it on the progress chart. See your strength grow without maxing out.
RPE on every set
Log how hard each set was. The coach uses your numbers and RPE to set the load for your next sessions.
PRs by rep count
Your best performances by rep count and your recent PRs in one place.
Last time and best, in view
For every exercise you see what you lifted last time and your best logged weight.
Top sets and back-offs
A prescription like 1×3 @ 110 kg, then 3×5 @ 100 kg is split into individual sets you just tick off.
Periodization and deloads
Longer plans build on each other through build, push and deload phases. Main lifts stay, variations change.

Testing week
Strength training & powerlifting: Testing week
If the coach doesn't know your numbers yet, it offers a testing week built around your main lifts – squat, bench press, deadlift and overhead press where relevant. It estimates your 1RM from a heavy set of 3–5 reps with good form, never from a true max attempt.

FAQ
Does YPT calculate my 1RM?
Yes. It estimates your 1RM from the weight and reps of every set and shows it on the exercise chart. No need to max out.
Is YPT good for powerlifting?
Yes. Powerlifting is one of the AI coach goals, and logging with RPE, PRs and estimated 1RM fits squat, bench and deadlift perfectly.
Can I log my own program?
Yes. Build your own workouts with exercise suggestions from your history. The AI coach is optional.
Safety. YPT is not a medical service, and the AI coach is not a doctor or a physiotherapist. You train at your own risk. If you have health concerns or are coming back from an injury, talk to a doctor before starting a new program.
